Step 1
Choose text or one first frame
Start from a prompt when the composition is open, or upload one clean image when subject identity must stay recognizable.
Kling 3.0 Turbo is a faster Kling video route for text-to-video and first-frame image-to-video. It creates silent 3–15-second clips in 720p or 1080p through EvoLink.
Kling 3.0 Turbo prioritizes faster iteration for short-form production. It is not the lowest-priced Kling route: standard Kling 3.0 has a lower 720p silent rate, while Turbo is the better fit when turnaround matters more than minimum unit cost.
Kling 3.0 Turbo is the speed-focused member of the Kling 3.0 family on KlingVideo. Use it when you need more prompt iterations in less time and do not need audio, last-frame control, reference video, or video editing.
The current EvoLink routes focus on a compact, repeatable workflow for prompt tests, ad variants, product motion, and social clips.
These limits follow the current EvoLink text-to-video and image-to-video API references reviewed on July 15, 2026.

Turbo wins on iteration speed, standard 3.0 is the broader value route, and O3 is built for reference-heavy generation and editing.
| Criterion | Kling 3.0 Turbo | Kling 3.0 | Kling O3 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Speed posture | Fastest iteration route in this group | Standard turnaround | More complex workflow |
| Price posture | Pays more than standard 720p silent generation for speed | Lower-cost 720p silent option | Higher cost for reference and editing capability |
| Inputs | Text or one first frame | Text, first/last frames, and broader controls | Text, images, and video references |
| Audio | Silent on the current EvoLink route | Sound control available | Sound on text/image routes; reference route differs |
| References and editing | No reference video or video editing | No Omni-style editing | Reference-led generation and editing |
| Resolution | 720p / 1080p | 720p / 1080p | 720p / 1080p |
| Best fit | Rapid ad, social, product, and storyboard iteration | Balanced everyday Kling generation | Reference-heavy creation and editing |
EvoLink bills both Turbo routes per output second. KlingVideo converts the provider cost into credits and applies the active plan discount before generation.

Choose the input, lock the output settings, then judge one fast draft before increasing quality or rewriting the full prompt.
Step 1
Start from a prompt when the composition is open, or upload one clean image when subject identity must stay recognizable.
Step 2
Choose 3–15 seconds and 720p or 1080p. Text-to-video also lets you set 16:9, 9:16, or 1:1.
Step 3
Compare motion, timing, and the final frame, then change one prompt variable at a time for the next draft.
Turbo is most useful when the creative direction benefits from several short, comparable generations.
Test several hooks, camera moves, and endings before choosing a production direction.
Animate one clean product frame into short feature reveals and hero shots.
Create short vertical, square, or landscape concepts for channel-specific iteration.
Check whether a shot order and camera rhythm work before committing to a longer workflow.
Change one action, camera, or timing instruction and compare the result against the previous draft.
Parameter, route, and pricing claims on this page are tied to the current EvoLink documentation and catalog.
EvoLink lists Kling 3.0 Turbo at 7.2 EvoLink credits per output second for 720p and 9 credits per second for 1080p. On KlingVideo, a five-second job starts at 186 credits for 720p or 232 credits for 1080p before plan discounts.
Turbo is positioned as the faster route for high-volume iteration. Actual completion time still depends on provider load and task complexity, so KlingVideo does not promise a fixed generation time.
Yes. Use a required prompt for text-to-video or one required first-frame image for image-to-video. The current EvoLink route does not accept an end frame.
No. The current EvoLink Turbo request schemas expose no sound parameter, so KlingVideo treats Turbo output as silent.
Choose any whole-second duration from 3 to 15 seconds and generate at 720p or 1080p. Text-to-video supports 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
Upload one JPG, JPEG, or PNG up to 50 MB. Both dimensions must be at least 300 px, and the width-to-height ratio must stay between 0.4 and 2.5.
Describe up to six shots in prompt order and assign a duration to each shot. The shot durations must add up to the final video duration.
Choose Turbo for faster silent iteration. Choose standard Kling 3.0 when lower 720p silent cost, sound controls, or broader frame controls matter more than turnaround.
